We Love Our Classmates!

The other day, I asked students to write about their friends and what they like or love about them!  Every student has at least one heart hanging up that talks about why they are special!  During free time students are welcome to fill out more hearts about classmates!  Not only is this a kindness exercise, but also a writing exercise.  Students are encouraged to write with details about the person, not just that they are "nice".
