Ball Python Visit!

We were lucky enough to have a Ball Python visit yesterday!  Some students chose to pet or even hold it!  The python was about 4 feet long and very gentle.  Kevin, from 802 Reptiles, joined us for an impromptu visit!

Astronaut ID Cards!

Here we are receiving our IDs from Miss Wilson, "mission control".  All of us were excepted into the space program!  Thank goodness!  Each badge contains its own QR code that, when scanned, pops up their very own profile website.  (Stay tuned for a link to these websites)

Plant and Taste day!

Today we were lucky enough to plant parsley seeds and swiss chard seeds for our garden.  We also were able to sample "Vermont Carrots" and "California Carrots" to see which were better.  We also tasted tabbouleh and spinach.  Everyone was brave and tried everything!   

Our "Knuffle Bunny" style art!

We read the Knuffle Bunny "trilogy" by Mo Willems.  Mo uses a unique style to illustrate these books by incorporating photos and cartoons.  Students mimicked his style, creating there own artwork.
